These Terms of Service govern your use of CH Consulting Group Inc. websites, client portals, forms, and related communications. By using our services or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. Specific projects may also be governed by a separate estimate, proposal, statement of work, contract, or invoice; if those documents conflict with these general terms, the project-specific document controls for that project.

2. Estimates, services, and billing

Estimates are based on the information and site conditions known when prepared and may change if scope, conditions, material requirements, or customer instructions change. Work outside an approved scope may require a revised estimate or change order. Payment amounts, schedules, due dates, and other project-specific terms are stated on the applicable estimate, contract, or invoice.

3. SMS messaging terms

If you voluntarily opt in to text messages from CH Consulting Group Inc., we may send service-related and transactional messages about your inquiry or customer relationship, including confirmations, scheduling and appointment updates, estimates, invoices, payment or account notices, project/service updates, and replies to your requests.

• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, projects, appointments, and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Client portal and account links

Private portal and invoice links are intended only for the recipient. You are responsible for keeping access links and devices secure. Do not forward private access links to unauthorized persons. We may expire or revoke links when necessary to protect an account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse our website or portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent information, or use our systems in violation of applicable law.
