Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, company or billing information, service address, project details, messages, estimates, invoices, payments, support requests, and other information needed to provide our services. Our systems may also maintain ordinary technical and security records associated with use of our website and client portal.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare and manage estimates, projects, services, invoices, and payments; schedule and communicate about work; provide client-portal access; maintain business records; protect our systems; comply with legal obligations; and otherwise operate CH Consulting Group Inc.

3. SMS and mobile information

If you provide a mobile number and opt in to SMS, we use that number and your consent record to send the service-related and transactional messages described in our SMS Messaging Terms.

Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers that process communications on our behalf solely as necessary to provide those services, or when disclosure is required by law. SMS consent is not transferred to third parties for unrelated marketing.

4. Service providers

We may use service providers for communications, hosting, data storage, payment processing, security, and other operational functions. We provide them only the information reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf and expect them to protect that information appropriately.

5. Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when needed to provide requested services, protect our rights or systems, complete a business transaction as permitted by law, comply with legal process, or with your direction or consent.

6. Data retention and security

We retain business and customer information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may decline optional SMS consent. If you previously opted in, reply STOP to an SMS from us to opt out. You may contact us to ask questions about your information or request an appropriate correction or update.

8. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
